Who operates the application
Virya Automation is an internal social-media and workflow automation application operated by WB Soft Wojciech Bator, ul. Braniborska 50/2, 53-680 Wrocław, Poland, NIP: 8943126279. For privacy and deletion requests, contact virya.crew@gmail.com.
How to request deletion
Send an email to virya.crew@gmail.com with the subject “Virya Automation — Data Deletion Request”. Include the name or username of the connected Facebook or Instagram account and, if available, the Page or Business Account name. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other authentication secrets.
What we will delete
Where associated with your account and stored by us, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise OAuth access tokens, Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers, cached profile or public business metadata, and automation logs that are no longer needed to operate or secure the service.
Timeframe and confirmation
We will verify the request where reasonably necessary, complete deletion within 30 days and confirm completion by email. We may retain the minimum information required by law, to prevent fraud, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Any retained information will be isolated from normal application use.
Revoke future access
You may also remove Virya Automation from your Meta account settings under Business Integrations or Apps and Websites. Removing access stops future API access but may not delete information already stored by the application, so contact us using the procedure above if you also want our stored copy deleted.

This procedure concerns information processed by Virya Automation. To delete your Facebook or Instagram account itself, use the account deletion controls provided directly by Meta.
